UK ORDERS Postage charges have been kept to an absolute minimum as we only charge to cover the cost of the postal service and packaging. Please note that all prices quoted INCLUDE postage and packing within the UK MAINLAND unless otherwise indicated so there are no hidden additional charges
IF your order total comes to £2.50 or less and then a £2.45 posting and packing cost will be added to your order automatically.
The only products where we will also charge additional postage is for all the large play items on the 'Bead Mazes and Play Tables' and 'Wall Games and Table games' sections and for these products the charge for delivery is £17.50 per item as these are large, heavy items. If you are placing an order for 3 or more items of heavy play equipment so we can discuss a postal cost based on weight for you.
There are also additional installation costs for the OUTDOOR PLAY EQUIPMENT and you need to contact us when ordering these products for an installation estimate
HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS, NI and OVERSEAS ORDERS The prices shown include P+P for UK mainland deliveries only. Please note that there may sometimes be additional charges for heavier items to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and to Northern Ireland due to additional charges imposed on us by couriers. If there are any additional costs due we will always inform you first so you can choose whether to continue with your order.
WE CAN SHIP OVERSEAS but please contact us first for confirmation of the shipping charge
Delivery We aim to provide a fast delivery turnaround and most goods will be despatched within 3-5 working days ( note exceptions below) of receiving cleared funds, providing the product is in stock. We will notify you asap of any out of stock products and give a due date for delivery
The exceptions to this despatch time are personalised products which have to be produced individually to order and where this is the case it is specified on the product description.
The despatch timescales for play activity tables and large wooden products or furniture is usually 7- 14 working days as a lot of these are despatched direct from our suppliers so we allow 7 - 14 working days to fit in with their despatch schedules and guarantees
Payment Please note that payment is only accepted in GBP - Pounds Sterling.

For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you. It does not apply to perishable goods, audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
For non personalised items - If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to email@example.com or by telephone 01323760767 before we have dispatched the goods to you or
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the 'Returns and exchange' section below.
For Personalised items : In order to provide a fast service many products are immediately sent for production. When placing your order please carefully check your spellings as we cannot accept returns on items where you misspelt the child’s name or gave incorrect information when placing your order. We will only refund on personalised products when we have made an error or if the goods are received damaged. We will cancel and refund personalised orders only if you tell us within 24hours of placing the order so long as the order has not already been produced.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchange
RECEPTION AND WAITING ROOM EQUIPMENT ONLY Please note the terms for return of all the equipment and activity tables for waiting rooms and reception areas differ from our other terms below. For returns of equipment that are just deemed unsuitable by the client we will happily receive the item back or arrange a suitable alternative but we are charged a re-stocking fee by our supplier of £25.00 per item + 20% of the cost of the item , so long as the goods are returned in perfect condition.
We will have to pass part of this charge on to our customers so for goods which are deemed unsuitable for your purpose but which were delivered to you in perfect condition and then returned to us in perfect condition, we will make a charge of £25.00 re-stocking cost per item which will be deducted from the credit given to you.
Any item received by you which is damaged will of course be replaced or refunded without the £25.00 restocking cost. Please ensure that all equipment is checked carefully when delivered and any damages noted on the delivery note
RETURNS FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
For non personalised items :- If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after you cancel your order. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
For all items :- Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
-Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you
-Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 14 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind. Please note:
