A very unusual dolls house which incorporates lots of living space and a shop underneath.

This is made from a kit by my mum and it includes internal lighting so looks wonderful when its all lit up.  Its brand new in excellent condition and is tastefully decorated throughout.  This would make a truly wonderful present for your child especially if they're a budding entrepeneur.

Mum had the shop set up as a wedding shop and it looked great.  The price shown is for the house/shop only but there is an additional package of furnishing available for £35.00.  The house will need to be collected from Eastbourne or we can arrange delivery/meetup upto 30 miles from Eastbourne at a cost of 50p per mile
